Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
