Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through in-home, school, or community sessions. This part-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and a path to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally is required; reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
