PBS Corp. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. The role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on training within a supportive ABA-focused environment.

Employees may transition to full-time as caseloads grow, with flexible scheduling and quarterly bonuses. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required, with benefits including health coverage and 401(k) matching where applicable.

Competenze

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record data and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
