Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings.

Part-time roles with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentorship and hands-on training to develop ABA skills. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
