PBS Corp. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and related developmental needs in home, school, or community settings.

This role offers part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and provides mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities for career progression. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage children and assist with activities up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
