Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to drive meaningful progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunity to grow into full-time, annual raises, quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a pathway to BCBA. This role requires travel to local sessions and a HS diploma; an RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
