Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism across home, school, and community settings. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to drive progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
