Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect precise progress data, and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and families. A valid RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Certification as an RBT is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
