Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized ABA programs and collect progress data using specialized software, while collaborating closely with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and meaningful outcomes.

The role requires an active RBT certification (preferred) and a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
