Total Care ABA in Maysville, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children, following BCBA-developed plans, and document progress while traveling to client homes across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred, with BACB registration.
• Active registration with the BACB is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Log client progress records accurately and timely.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in North Carolina and participate in ongoing staff training.
