Job summary

Total Care ABA in North Carolina is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in home and school settings. You will implement plans, collect data, and support skill development for children with autism, working with families and a clinical team.

We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth across NC, including Jacksonville and Hubert. Prior RBT certification and BACB registration are preferred but not required for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately track client progress records.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Services provided in-person throughout North Carolina.
