Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-home, in-school, and community settings across North Carolina. You will implement BCBA-approved plans, collect data, and support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and track progress.
• Travel to client homes or community settings as needed.
• Provide in-person services throughout North Carolina.
