Job summary

Total Care ABA in North Carolina is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and a clinical team to support progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
