Job summary

Total Care ABA in Dublin, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings across North Carolina. You will deliver ABA therapy, implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and our BCBA team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout North Carolina.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
