Job summary

Advanceable ABA NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy in the Greenville, NC area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work in children’s homes, using evidence-based ABA methods under BCBA supervision.

Paid training, PTO, and support for RBT certification are provided, along with supervision and career growth within the ABA field. Join a supportive clinical team and help children build essential life skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or path to certification)
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Engage actively during sessions (sitting, moving, playing) with children
