Total Care ABA in High Point, NC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and schools. You will collect data, implement BCBA plans, and help children develop essential skills in everyday settings.

Flexible schedules, paid training, and career growth opportunities are available. Prior ABA experience and RBT certification are valued, with BACB registration encouraged and local travel required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred and BACB registration encouraged.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide in-person services throughout North Carolina.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and development.
