Job summary

Total Care ABA in Morehead City, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in-home and in-school settings across North Carolina. Earn $20-28 per hour with flexible scheduling and training opportunities.

You'll deliver ABA therapy under BCBA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams while traveling to client homes in NC. Prior RBT certification is preferred, but willingness to obtain certification is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Active BACB registration required or in process.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services under BCBA plans.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
