Achievements ABA Therapy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will work in home and community settings and help children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include delivering sessions, collecting data, and communicating progress to behavior analysts, with daily progress notes and timely reporting. Part-time schedules are available, and relocation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred; 2026 compliant 40-hour training acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
