Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Winder, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision. You will help learners develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills in in-home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Passion for helping children learn, grow, and gain independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans and strategies developed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Use ABA strategies during structured activities and naturalistic teaching.
