Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children in-home, in-school, and community settings across Georgia. Earn $20-$28 per hour with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits.

As an RBT you will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect and document client data, support communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
