Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home, in-school, and community settings across Georgia. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA plans, collect data, and help develop life skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and benefits for full-time staff; travel is required to reach clients, with support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and BACB registration are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately track client progress.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.
