Job summary

Aim Higher ABA in Georgia is seeking registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with a focus on compassionate, child-centered care for Autism Spectrum Disorder.

You will provide 1:1 therapy, implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and maintain a safe, supportive environment. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and health benefits as part of a growing, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• RBT License required.
• Experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy is a plus.
• Ability to collect and document session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
