Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will work with children to develop communication, social skills and daily living tasks.

This part-time, after-school role offers flexible scheduling (15-20 hours/week), opportunities for advancement, supervision by experienced BCBA, and additional pay for RBT certification. A high school diploma and active RBT credential are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
