Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in-home, in-school, and in community settings across Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and paid training, enabling you to grow professionally while making a positive impact.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred, ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep records of client progress.
• Travel to client homes/community settings as required.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and learning.
