Kids Club ABA in Winder, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA, collect data, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Passion for helping children learn, grow and gain independence.
• Dependability, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clinical team.
• Experience with children/autism/ABA is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Help develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Use ABA strategies during structured activities and naturalistic teaching.
• Build positive relationships with learners and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to standards.
