Total Care ABA is hiring an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in-home, in-school, and community settings across Georgia. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect data, and support skill development for children with autism while working closely with families and the clinical team.

Qualificações

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes/community settings to deliver services.
• Provide in-person services throughout Georgia.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.
