Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an in-home and in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and growth opportunities. You will work one-on-one with children, implement BCBA-developed plans, and document progress across diverse settings.

Join a compassionate team providing ABA services statewide. Requires RBT certification, BACB registration, and reliable transportation for local travel. Full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and track progress.
• Travel to clients' homes/community settings as needed.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.
