Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. in California is seeking a part-time RBT to provide 1:1 support to children with autism in home or clinic settings. Sessions last 2–3 hours, 12-8pm, Mon-Fri; you’ll tailor caseload to availability and age groups from toddlers to teens.

Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required. You’ll collect data, implement plans designed by BCBA, and collaborate with families and our training team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
• Background check (FBI & DOJ) is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress and document accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families for updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
