Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays, in home, clinic, or school settings. Sessions run 2-3 hours, with flexible caseloads matching your availability and age groups from toddlers to teens.

You will deliver behavior support, implement plans by BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate progress to families. The role emphasizes ongoing training, supervision, and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• Must maintain an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT for continued employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
