Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc. in Foster City, CA is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home or clinic-based behavioral support for children. Sessions run 2–3 hours, 12–8pm, with a flexible schedule to fit family needs.

You will deliver one-on-one interventions, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision while engaging families for updates and guidance. Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required.
• 6 months of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!
• Must maintain an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision sessions, and team meetings.

Skills
