Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking an entry-level or certified RBT to provide one-on-one ABA support to children with autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur in the child’s home, clinic, or school, typically 2–3 hours per session, with caseloads matched to your availability.

Training and supervision are provided as part of the role. The position offers a part-time schedule (2-8pm Mon–Sun) in Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Martinez, Concord, and Oakley, with mileage reimbursement and

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required.
• 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Current student or recent graduate in psychology, education, biology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to children.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and provide updates.
