Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking an in-home RBT to support children with autism or developmental delays. You will provide one-on-one behavior coaching in clients' homes or clinics, typically 2–3 hour sessions, with caseload tailored to availability and ages from toddlers to teens.

Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required, with 6 months experience recommended. Onboarding bonus available, and training plus supervision are provided to help growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification required.
• 6 months experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Preferred: Psychology, Education, Biology, or related field student/recent graduate.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
