Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Georgia under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement programs, track progress, and partner with families to support skill development.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing supervision as you grow toward BCBA credentials while making a meaningful impact in children’s lives.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the ke}dds to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with families.
