Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services to children across Georgia, under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support functional goals.

This part-time role (15-20 hours/week) offers opportunities for advancement, PTO/sick time, a flexible schedule, and supervision by experienced BCBAs. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check; consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
