Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services to children in their homes and community settings across Georgia. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapy programs and teaching functional skills to meet each child's goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
