Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Georgia to deliver in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement programs, teach functional skills, and collaborate with families to promote progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, PTO/sick time for hourly staff, opportunities for advancement, BCBA supervision, and referral bonuses. 15–20 hours weekly, weekdays with some weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check; consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
