Job summary
Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community ABA services under a BCBA supervision. You will help children develop communication, social interaction and daily living skills.
We offer a flexible schedule, PTO/sick time for hourly staff, opportunities for advancement, supervision by experienced BCBA, and bonuses for RBT certification. Join our Georgia-wide team and grow with us.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
- Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
- Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
- Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
- Complete progress notes in our data collection system
- Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
