Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services under supervision of BCBA. The role focuses on implementing therapy programs, teaching functional skills, and collecting progress data to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
Pass a criminal background check.
Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
Complete progress notes in our data collection system
Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
