Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring to support infants through teens with autism in Georgia. You will provide ABA services in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.

We offer a flexible schedule, PTO/sick time for hourly employees, opportunities for advancement, BCBA supervision, and referral bonuses. Additional compensation is available for RBT certification as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have an active RBT certification
Pass a criminal background check
Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
Teach skills that allow the keido(s) to meet their functional goals and needs
Complete progress notes in our data collection system
Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
