Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a passionate RBT to join our Georgia-wide in-home and community-based ABA team. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule (15–20 hours/week) with supervision from experienced BCBAs.

You will implement ABA programs, help children meet functional goals, and maintain progress notes while collaborating closely with families to ensure consistent behavior plan execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keidoodles to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent behavior plan implementation.
