Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data under supervision.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervisors and families, maintaining a positive learning environment, and delivering high-quality ABA services across settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
