Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in various settings, delivering evidence-based interventions. You will work under BCBA supervision and contribute to meaningful outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
