Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans and collect progress data under supervision, ensuring consistent skill development.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus), reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to support families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
