Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Brighton, CO. The role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours (8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays, full-time status, and immediate start dates.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, collect session data, and follow personalized plans. Growth is emphasized with opportunities to advance into leadership and BCBA tracks through our Everest Program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move actively with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented; may assist nearby ABC clinics when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
