Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices. You will work closely with BCBAs who own their practices and receive direct mentorship and realistic caseloads.

The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options and a clear path to BCBA certification, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, tracking progress and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
