Job summary

Advocates is hiring a Behavior Technician to implement ABA education and treatment programs for clients aged 1–22 in home, center, and community settings. You will collect data, follow treatment plans, and work closely with a Behavior Analyst to promote independence and skill acquisition.

The role includes supervision of data collection and collaboration with the clinical team, with opportunities for RBT certification and flexible scheduling to meet family needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; RBT credential preferred.
• Experience collecting data and implementing ABA strategies.
• Ability to follow treatment plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect data across program components and maintain client records.
• Implement ABA strategies under Behavior Analyst supervision.
• Work one-on-one with a child in home, ABA Center, or community.
• Support family and guardians with treatment plans and scheduling.
