Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a real difference in children’s lives through at-home ABA therapy. You’ll join a supportive team offering flexible, part-time hours with a structured afternoon/evening schedule and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• High School or Equivalent Education.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate Zoom and Email.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to participate in ABA therapy activities.
• Able to assume varied postures during work with children with developmental disabilities.
• Able to receive information verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy in a home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans.
• Track data, write progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor.
