Advocates is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement ABA educational and treatment programs for children aged 1 to 22 in home, ABA Center, and community settings. You will collect data, follow treatment plans under supervision, and support independence across functional skills.

Starting rate is $22.00-$29.00 per hour with Monday–Friday hours and potential evenings/weekends. We offer to pay for RBT certification and support growth in a nonprofit, inclusive environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree and/or RBT credential preferred.
• Associate's Degree (60+ credits) acceptable with 6 months of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Implement ABA educational and treatment programs for clients aged 1–22 in home, ABA Center, and community.
• Collect data as prescribed and participate in data management.
• Supervise treatment under the direction of the clinical team and support independence in functional skills.
• Work with the Behavior Analyst to ensure plans are followed and progress is tracked.
• Assist in communicating status to guardian and clinical team; participate in meetings.
