Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high quality ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. We offer full training and room for growth, including a 40-hour RBT training at no cost for right candidates.

Competitive pay with benefits and PTO for full-time staff. Responsibilities include delivering ABA sessions, implementing treatment plans for ages 2–21, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA and families.

Qualifications

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• Experience: 1 year as ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge of Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity: Must perform with integrity and professionalism.
• Positivity & Patience: Positive attitude is essential.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Background Check: Willing to undergo background check.
• Transportation: Must have reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior interventions and treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching with various reinforcement methods.
• Collect data during sessions and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team in meetings and training.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA, team members, directors, and families.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 5% of services.
