Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under a BCBA supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest in behavioral health
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
• Engage with children in home, school, or clinic settings
